Now you saved a soul from playing the game, it won't show on your library either, so your friends don't think you're a disgusting adult. Or simply do not activate it, and let it rot on your Steam Gifts notification, they can't activate it on your account forcedly, and technically, you aren't asking for it to be re-rolled either, so, your Christian soul is still on the clear.

Before joining a giveaway for a game you're not familiar enough to recognize by name alone remember to always click on the little camera icon (second icon counting from the left) at the right of the title, that will show you screenshots of the game and from there you can most of the time judge what kind of game it is without having to go to the store page or do any extra research. So that way you can quickly identify which games have obvious pornographic content, and then you can go ahead and click on the eye icon (fourth icon counting from the left) and a small window will pop up asking you if you wish to hide all giveaways for that specific game (does not include DLC or packages as those are different steam entries) so you won't need to deal with that game again, at least in the main giveaways page.

And please next time try to not make a dumb mistake, have an unnecessary and unjustified moral panic, and force your personal beliefs on everyone else.
