Maybe he doesn't like people with lots of wins, but few giveaways or multiple wins / not-activated wins (these are the most common cases for blacklisting) and you may or may not be in this situation. You know better. :)

Obviously I had some people who I think are just pretty shitty, but I was also using it sort of like another whitelist. In the sense that, I could slowly exclude people over time, hopefully giving more opportunities to win to the most generous people.

I'm curious how many people are reading the forums actively. And even more, how many is actively commenting, or discussing :)

a lot of people who arent really active givers to the community. Maybe the person was high level but all their giveaways were 2 years ago. Or they ONLY made giveaways for small private groups, its an understandable choice on their part, but then maybe they should stick to winning from just their groups. I had a couple people who only made region restricted ones. I didnt have any negative thoughts about these people, I was just trying to have the giveaways a bit for focused on allowing certain people, who tended to give a lot themselves, it wasnt ever personal. There was only one person on the list who actually made a lot of giveaways and he is still there, because I find him offensive.

I decided to change it because, while it wasnt personal to me, when someone realized they were on it, it FELT very personal to them. And I dont give things away on here to make people feel bad, so I will just work on figuring something else out.
