It's nice from time to time. Much different from cigarette in volume, aroma and mouthfeel. It does require a quiet hour or so however to enjoy properly. Protip: the smoke goes no further than halfway in the trachea, by being sort of "swallowed" rather than inhaled, if you inhale heavily you'll just get headache and nausea from slight CO poisoning. I don't actually smoke anymore, as in daily, but I still enjoy both cigarettes and occasional cigar, say, when LARPing.

i'm sure eating at mcdonalds is less healthy than smoking a join each day. weed has its pros and cons but it depends on the usuage like every medicine. tobacco can affect cancer and has - as far as i know - no good sideeffects. weed in contrast may have also negative effects but also a lot benefits. you cant say in general "x is healthy and y isnt" - always depends on its requirements. sorry if i cant link any sources, im not really an expert in medical matters :)

I'm sure there are many things worse that smoking a joint each day and many others that are less.
And as I've said I don't know from where you got that claims but unless you link a proper scientific study those kind of claims are not valid. I mean I could look it up myself but I really dislike people talking about health issues without backing it. Nothing personal :)
Also I'd agree that weed has its uses but it's not by any means health. For example you can use Cocaine as an anesthesic, but that does not make it healthy.

Its easy to find the info he is putting out on the benefits(Many studies done), if weed is used though, I would prefer the person to take it in another way besides smoking(So many ways..), smoking once in a while isn't a death sentence but it does build up(Especially if you do it daily)...not nearly as bad as the crap load of stuff in cigarettes though thats killing the lungs, I know little about cigars, do they stuff those full of chemicals by chance also?

Without proper reference, this could be just crap that you pulled out of your ass.
And the fact that in some cases it can bring a level of relief doesn't make it healthy. Morphine also helps when you're in pain, but it's not healthy either. There are better ways to treat everything you mentioned on that post that are a lot less damaging to your health.

As for these goody two-shoes with their intolerance toward smokers, it's more the ignorance that bothers me. Smoking is indeed bad for you, but the secondary smoking as it is called it has been proved that it is not at all as unhealthy as it used to be known *(unless you just go around and inhale as much as u can like a crazy person) . It has been proven that the quantity of resin and nicotine that is exhaled by a smoker is in negligible amounts and that the lungs of a 2nd hand smoker are very well capable to eliminate those in just a couple of minutes while on the other hand the 1st hand smoker has to stay off the cigarettes 5 years for each year they smoke in order to be truly be clean.
Don't start smoking, don't be a cunt towards smokers. It's all that matters.
