That's because you didn't read the FAQ in the first place. I know this may sound overreacting to you guys, but we get this exact thread multiple times every day.

An author sits down in a bookshop event and does autographing for up to 150 eager readers who all ask him very similar questions. In every case, he has to answer politely without much variation since the questions have *fixed answers. If he's unlucky, a smalltime journalist for a local paper will drop by and do a repeat variation of the same set of questions, but this time it's "on the record". He has to be careful with his words while maintaining an easygoing attitude with his fans (who will buy every book he puts out in the series- this one running up to a dozen plus). He's probably going to end the session with tired hands and a dry throat. The bookshop pays him (/his publisher) for the event, but not as much as he would like; this is a labour of love to keep his public persona accessible to those who stan him the hardest.
I learned that from an author who wrote a series of books I greatly enjoyed. I was straggling at the back of the queue, and idly chatted with him while the staff packed up his set post-signing. It's just something you have to deal with. For every "ugh" on your side, it's a newbie's first and giving them a bad impression can negatively impact you (and who you represent collectively) in both short-term and long-term. We can already see adverse effects now; people are ruder, CV threads never go well and tempers flare easily whenever there's a fight to be had. It needs not be said that this is not healthy for any community, large or small.
Not that you'd care, but I felt it needed to be said.

There are some diferences: you're talking about a person that earns money from that people, and those people are fans willing to know more. Here, they're just lazy as fuck people that don't even care to read the FAQ or use the search function of the forum. What you said is interesting anyway.

Add a freaking page between "Create Your Giveaway" and "Confirmed. Create my Giveaway!" when making a GA with a bundeled game. Or maybe a flashing sign ?

I've given "mirror's edge" and "command and conquer uprising"
Because I get € 30 contribution, and not 40 ?
