Thanks Yeliena for note about subscriber’s agreement

I've always wanted to remove some games from my account and THAT note about S.A encouraged me to submit a ticket for that a few minutes ago !

Politely asked them to remove 53 license !

I'll think about it when I pass 750 mark. If I removed all the crap from my account now, I'm afraid I would have serious relapse of hoarding syndrome )

I had no idea you could do this. Just submitted my ticket, it should feel great to get rid of some garbage, I was never gonna play.

One question. I won 3 different games from a contributor giveaway from the same contributor, but I've won 2 two giveaways for the same game and they never cared to reroll. I tried to contact them in EVERY social media, e-mail, etc, and they ignored me.

I have now forever a "1" notification in wins because if I mark as received it will count as multiple-win.

Now I hate them and hate their games. They're actually kinda fun but I don't like having games of devs I don't support in my library. (Just as I asked Steam to remove all Digital Homicide games after I've found out all the trash about them).

If I ask Steam to remove their games from my account, will it count as not-activated, considering I activated them once?

Yeah, I suspected that. Ty anyway.

Well, I didn't myself, but I've read many, many people with the same problem and they said they contacted support and support just said to don't mark as received.

I even thought about asking support if I could get a new key somewhere else and giving the contributor so they can re-roll so I can delete it, but the contributor don't re-roll because of multiple-wins, I imagine they would't re-roll because of this. ;/

I just hate how this contributor handle SteamGifts. They just use the website to advertise their greenlight games and have NO respect for the system and everything else in this website.

Cool. Did that, too, though with less games. Got rerolled and suspended after a user reported me (i simply forgot i had won them)... I think 2-3 users also blacklisted me because of that ("nonactivated wins")
After my suspension, i had toprovemy innocence to support here, which thankfully was no problem and then purchased the games again on sale to avoid further trouble. I had them played before i had them removed though, I just heavily disliked those two - although I came to like one of two after the third go or so :D

There are a few games that I feel like they "taint" my library like Uriel's Chasm (and others) but I won't remove it from my library because it has cards.

I really should do that too. I've activated so much garbage that I should have never activated because I knew I wouldn't play them. They just clutter my library.

Well, thanks. I actually have a few games I'd like to be removed because they're kinda annoying me and I'll never play them again... still angry I bought them at all! :/

I try to give all games a fair chance. If I really end up hating something I'd still want to keep it in case it gets a big update. For example Super Distro is such a case. The developer is currently re-working the whole game.

Worst I'd do is hide it in my library.

I thought about this at one point, but I don't want to deal with Steam support more than I have to lol. Thanks for the giveaways :-)

I know exactly how you feel. For me it's probably being too... perfectionistic sometimes. Having in my library only game that i like or that i think I will like it's a dream. I only have a few junk games from my early months on steam. Later I became more elitarious but still... errare humanum est.

That being said, I can't do as you did cause the idea of not having the game on my list but having the hours I played it and the achievement I get stored somewhere somehow, bothers me. I don't know why. I mean, I know... I'm weird...

Had some good laughs at some of the replies...

We fear most what we do not understand....

I have been thinking of having a couple games myself removed that i put on there thinking they where going to be worth playing.I do not like to have junk in my library regardless of stupid cards and stupid game count.Yet when i mentioned it to others in a chat i got the same over replies you did WHY?you can just hide them and you will miss out boosters and so on.

Then i reply with because i hate clutter, then reply with,it is not clutter if organize it and hide the games and you will not get boosters for said game, when most crap games i have been free or bundled enough that even the booster are worthless.People have a hard to grasping not all of use care about cards or game count or wasting time with booster and such.I am not a card farmer and i hate having shit in my library regardless if the space is unlimited. Also before someone points out all the cards in my inventory it because i saved them for making badges for sales i know if i sold them i would have x amount to spend at said sale, but i do not need money that bad ii have plenty of games to play.

Anyhow news flash hiding something does not magically make it not exist anymore then having unlimited space make it not clutter, clutter is clutter.

I understand where you are coming from. I have never gone to the length of having support remove unwanted games, but I have considered it. I am weird in the sense I like my publicly viewable library to be a reflection of the types of games I enjoy, like, and support, yet a few games (through group keys from bundles, and a few other unfortunate cases) have slowly snuck into my library. I also have similar view to playtime, I don't idle because I'd like my library to be a reflection of what I enjoy playing in that sense, so the games I am never going to play and don't want in my library aren't getting me booster packs anyways since I haven't even farmed the cards for them. At any rate it would make me feel like my backlog is easier to tackle if I could knock my library count down by 200 :p

having limited resources and access is one one thing,

but times have changed towards having unlimited access to valuable, trash, entertainment and all kinds of media/information ...
thus were being literally flooded with "things" we don't need, nor we ever wanted > yet there they are, haunting what is left of our limited
attention- depending on how much one"cares/wastes" on it, despite not being interested or gaining anything ... leaving aside the
booster pack drops that aren't worth it on trash-games anyway - and ones attention in general

(i have a lot of "unworthy" games on my own account but i'll simply ignore
their even there - except for the ever rising counter - steam-e-peen)

oh, and have this sign of approval, as long none
of the removed games contained asian cats:
