Cowboy Bebop's ending was quite depressing... With all that noire flavour in it and cynical and sad jazz along with it, I was sobbing uncontrollably...
I kind of cry often when I watch something sad, I somehow get attached to the characters so much, I can feel their pain... It is a more bitter than sweet thing, but I really love dramatic animes and movies for some reason - favorite genre.

The best part was Pikachu trying to wake him up. But he's not going to wake up, Pikachu. No matter how many times you shock him.

I cried at the end of Armageddon... :( I freaking love Bruce Willis! >_<

Yes. Any films including a dog's death hits home the most. I watched Hachiko and Marley & Me, I would immediately cry. As for anime, I can't recall back.

Ender's Game, having actually liked the book, that movie brought tears to my eyes, sadness. They did a horrible job of it.

5 Centimeters Per Second is both anime and a movie, and I totally broke down when I saw it. It just hit way too close to home.

Many Anime did it to me :D last one was Naruto and twice, first one is when Kabuto was a little kid and that part when he got the glasses and starts to say thank you and can't stop it. the second was when Itachi gave his secret to Sasuke, that flashback and when he hugged his brother. :D

Naruto has always had great moments.
When Darui (the Raikage's bodyguard) apologized to the Raikage for not protecting him from Sasuke, leading to the Raikage's right hand being cut off. Raikage says "I have two hands," looks at his left hand, "this one...", puts his hand on Darui's shoulder, "and this one."
Or when Gaara's protective sand took the shape of his deceased mother holding him.
Or Hinata's defeat at the hands of Pain, right in front of Naruto. This is one of my favorite moments in all anime. Hinata's broken body crawling toward Naruto, then you see only Naruto's face, and there's silence. The pebbles in front of him fly up, and you know that Pain has used his power to throw Hinata's body in the air... This one was especially good, in that the episode ended right after. At the time, Naruto episodes often ended with a little flashback or side story. This episode ended with a flashback to when Hinata, as a child, decided to follow Naruto's way-of-the-ninja (eg, not giving up, even when you know you are going to be defeated, as she did at the hands of Pain). And then the closing credits song, which was Hinata happily riding her bike! Which had been the ending for a number of episodes before that. "Hey, remember this time when Hinata was happy? And also, alive?" It was like, 9 levels of feels.

Cried through a couple of animes. Ghost in the Shell was one of them (end of a season, don't remember which) with those robot thingies. Elfen Lied also did. There are others, but those are the principal ones and the first two, if I recall correctly.
It's not like I relate at all to the emotions in those animes, but they are beautifully conveyed. And that's enough for me. Though in comparison with the amount of anime I've watched, the ones that make me cry are quite rare.
I did cry out of laugh when I watched Baka to Test to Shoukanjou, and Danshi koukousei no nichijou. Very good comedies, when you've seen your lot of bad ones.

What a silly question. The vast majority of people who watch movies and/or anime have cried to at least one.

After seeing the "Did you ever cry because of a game?" Thread made me curious about this one~ Since both of those topics have quite same in common, If you don't know why you cry because of things like those, It's because you set yourself in the same position as someone in the game/movie/anime/Tv Series and you are able to experience the same, Even tho you know that it's only a game/movie/anime/Tv Series, Because some of your brain doesn't know about it, that's why those things are so addicting to us and give us emotions by them, Anger,Fear,Sadness,Depression,Happiness,Excitement,Embarrassment.
So the question is have any movie or anime made you cry?
