I only install games I actually play. When I finish a game, I uninstall it. Harddrives are not inflatable.

I tend to uninstall games once I've 100% them, so I have a fair few games I intend to 100% (one day) that are just there.
I'm also indecisive so have a lot ready to play for when I do want to try something different!

2 - Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Final Fantasy XV.
Just finished building a new PC so haven't got much installed yet, mostly just testing atm to see what the new hardware can do. The Geforce 3060 12gb is definitely the bottleneck atm, but should be enough to play all the games I have at 1080p with good settings.

622 right now on the PC, but Epic, Origin, GOG, and Uplay have around 100 more. They're mostly on a 14 TB HDD, and I used to travel around a lot before the world ended, so I kept them stocked up.

Oh wow, I thought 25 was many but its seem like I'm still a rookie

100 on Steam and 17 in others platforms, but really heavy 27 (over 20gb). Some of these are:

461 games on 2 terabytes of storage. That's not including everything on Origin, Ubi, Epic, and Itch. I think what happens is that I only delete bigger games when I run out of room, leaving me with dozens of <1GB games that I never touch.

249 installed just on Steam, with a few more on Epic / Origin etc. Some are VR games that I show to people when they come over, others are co-op games that I might play with friends. Many more are games that I started and put down, but haven't brought myself to uninstall. Really need to do some cleaning though.

168 games. Wow. That's a lot more than I was thinking, lol.
I think my problem is that I convenience myself that I'll play that game soon, then get distracted by new games or life and I just never uninstall. Whoops!

Wow, people keep a lot of games installed. I only install what I am playing and then remove them when I am done. I guess if I played more multiplayer games I might keep more installed, but I mainly play single player games now. I play all the way through a game and then remove it to move on to one of the other over 900 games remaining in my backlog. Once I complete a single player game, I usually don't play it again because I have so many other games that I want to play and not enough time to play them. I might go back and replay a game that was really good, but it probably won't be for at least a few years.

I have 3 games installed. One lives on my computer because it is multiplayer and I have been playing it on and off for probably 17 years, the 2nd I am playing right now, and the 3rd I just installed and was going to start yesterday, but I had some issues getting it setup correctly, so I will probably start it today.

On Steam just four: Portal 2, VRChat, Castle Crashers and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes

I do have a few other games installed from other sources, however, to a total of around 15 games.

374 installed, of which 298 on Steam. Basically, all of my steam games are installed except for the ones I know I won't play + Borderlands 3 because it's huge and I have yet to get to it. I should probably trim that down, I'm starting to run low on space (you think?).

Not really played many steam games past months.
Tried lost ark, re-played hunipop for some reason, and played a bit 7 days to die past 2 months.

371 in an attempt to reduce the backlog a little. Unfortunately it rather failed and I still run in circles between the same four games.

30 . Although i rarely play more than 5 at a time. Most of them are installed so i wont forget to complete a few more achievments and the rest are casual games to use with steam link when i have little work or are on my break.
