I'm assuming this is Zero Gear? Zero Gear has been known to give people trouble - when I redeemed my copy of it, it gave me an error several times, but eventually it relented and it was added to my library. However, as you said yourself that it has simply disappeared...I'm not sure what you can do except wait for Steam Support.

It's Cthulhu Saves the World & Breath of Death VII Double Pack, and it hasn't disappeared, per se, it's more like it never existed. The email tells me that I received the gift, and has an option to install it through steam, which when clicked on, takes me to a page that says the gift has already been redeemed. But it's not in my Library or Inventory.

I'm assuming you restarted Steam, and tried this again? That sometimes fixes this problem for me.

And I was sent a email from steam saying i received a gift. So I clicked on the "Yes, I have Steam, Instal my games now." button, and was promptly brought to a page saying the gift has already been redeemed.
What? How would something like that even work? It's not in my library, or my Steam inventory. I've emailed the raffler asking who it says has redeemed the gift and contacted Steam Support, but have heard back from neither so far.
Is this just an error that happens sometimes, or what?
