Can I use the option to return the money that added Steam a few days ago for my money back in the form of Steam Wallet?

If you bought it yourself, yes (if it's a gift).

If someone gifted it to you or you traded it, no.

Key = no way.

Would be very nice if I could buy game for 10-15 keys (20€) and return for 50€.

I can't think any reason why Steam would block this, it would only double my money, so I could double it again and again.
