Err, I think it is quite a bit higher than that.
Namco doesn't post the worldwide high scores online, so you'll have to boot up the game on a PS3 or X360 to check the leaderboards. Of course, the top scores are mostly results of hacking or cheating.
That is assuming, of course, that the author was talking about Pac-Man CE DX and not some other game. And if he was actually asking for the maximum total score achieveable.

It doesn't matter. OP probably made a mistake (again!) and you are not going to solve it. The point is, that the OP made so many mistakes that it's not even funny. If you're making something: put some effort into it.

I can appreciate the fact that you're trying to have fun and it has been. I can appreciate that you're giving away games (that is always fantastic). I can also appreciate that English isn't your first (or even second language) but being able to communicate clearly the questions and hints is necessary considering the obscurity of the answers we have to find. Even with the new hints I'm at a complete loss and this thread seems to have died with 0 solvers =\
