Some indie bundle games (too many to list) - Got the indie games to support them and for the few I was interested in. I'll get to everything eventually. Even Bad Rats.

Dead Space 2 - Need to finish Dead Space 1 first, but I'm gonna get to it.
Call of Duty: Black Ops - Sorry, I only played the multiplayer
Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War Retribution and Chaos Rising - Just bought the pack recently, will get to it all soon enough.
Cthulu Saves the World - I want to finish Breath of Death VII first
Brokensword 2 and 3 - I need to finish number 1 first.
The Witcher 2 - It was cheap, so I bought it to have it ready for when I eventually finish The Witcher 1.
CS:S Beta - I don't really care about the beta, I only played the regular one.
Batman: Arkham City - I've gotta get through Arkham Asylum first.
Mount & Blade series - I only bought it on steam to support the game developers. I bought the original before it came out and before it was popular, and loved it.
Precipice of Darkness Episode II - Need to finish Episode I first.
Halflife 2: Lost Coast - I will check this out eventually. Just need to find some free time.
Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods - Will get to this once I finish Gothic 3.
Prince of Persia (2k8, Warrior Within, Two Thrones, Forgotten Sands) - I will definitely go through all of them when I have time. I remember playing The Sands of Time on gamecube, amazing game.
Hitman Blood Money and 2 - Once I finish Codename 47 I'll get to this one.
Borderlands DLC - When I finally get to the DLC it's gonna be a blast.
Cubemen - I bought it, but never got around to it. I should do that today.

Wow. Look at all that. So much stuff that I haven't touched yet. And that reminds me, I still have tons of stuff I need to finish. This could take a while, especially with the summer sale. My list is just gonna start getting longer.

About 70% of my games I have never played, or have played less than an hour.

I wouldn't consider myself a hoarder, because I'm not buying games specifically to save up and get them just because I can. I buy games that I think I'll like and want to play. If I get some others in bundles or packs, because it's cheaper or a better deal that way, that's fine with me even if I may not be that interested in all of the games in those packs. That being said, according to this Steam Profile Analysis site, that's the general link, I own 98 games and have only played 24 of them -- 74 games or about 75% of the games I own I haven't played, and sorry, but I'm not going to list that many games here. I'll just say the main reason is lack of time. I have to work and I have other hobbies (and a wife), so I don't always have lots of time to play games. I also usually won't start too many games with long story lines, because I don't want to forget what's happening which could easily happen if I have a lot of them going and already don't have tons of time to play. Eventually, I would like to try almost everything I've obtained, but that will probably be quite a ways off.

Edit: Another factor -- the huge majority of my games have been obtained only in the last 1-2 months, since I joined SteamGifts. I've gotten so many so quickly lately that I simply can't get to them all right away.

Due to my usual policy of "play to 100% before moving on to the next" I have way more games that I haven't played than I would deem acceptable. :/
Well, (hopefully) have a huge part of a lifetime remaining to fix that. :D

most of the bundle stuff. I buy them to play them later but recently so many are out that I barely manage to play one game before next one is on.

I like the term collector much better.

Ever since I've started using Steam, mostly because of numerous bundles, I've developed some kind of hoarding problem. Outside of some of the bundle games that I probably will never play, I do get game that I'm actually interested in playing. But my ever growing backlog is definitely starting to look like something that I'll never get through.

There are also a few games that I had pirated in my younger years and that I'm now buying to give myself a good conscience. :P

I buy a lot of games knowing I'll never play them. Just increasing my Steam library count for no good reason. I'd play them all if I had the time, though. I probably bought about two dozen games in the last seven days alone. Most of them as cheap bundles.

I keep hopping from game to game a lot. Very few games keep me interested long enough to stick around until the end. I love short games, cause I get to file them under "DONE" - one of my Steam library categories.
I have literally hundreds of games in my library I have yet to try and still I often feel like I'm missing out on some (not any particular games, just a vague feeling).

I know this behaviour is unhealthy. But it doesn't cost me more than I can afford (time/energy/money), so I don't feel too bad about it.

I've ended up turning into a hoarder it looks like unfortunately, I don't mean to there keeps being games I'm interested in that go on sale and I pick them up, I just keep having less and less time to play and more and more games to play so I end up with a huge backlog and get overwhelmed as to what to play when I do get a chance...
ugh... even my ratio on the games I currently have installed is less than 50%... sad

I have hundreds or unplayed / unbeaten games. I do intend to get around to each of them someday, but admit that I have little chance of doing so.

Ironclads - got it in a bundle and just not interested in it.
Planetside 2 - it's only just been released and I haven't had time to try it.
Magicka DLC - played the some of the core game, just haven't got round to playing the DLC I have.
Assassin's Creed Revelations DLC - played AC:Brotherhood with the DLCs installed and didn't know what was DLC and what not - but I like being able to see the difference so will play the DLC when finished the rest.
Commandos Beyond the Call of Duty and Behind Enemy Lines - The save feature doesn't work on Win7 -> makes these insanely difficult [any slight mistake and the Nazis spot you / hear you and they WILL kill you].
Commandos 2 & 3 - won them on here, just not got round to them yet.
Fallout 3 DLC - I haven't actually played much FO3 :/ dunno whether I've touched the DLC or not.
Wizorb - dunno where I got it from, didn't know I had it until I looked in my 'all games' list rather than 'installed'
[TF2 Beta tester & DoTA2 Beta build - meh. Dunno anything about the Beta stuff, never installed them.]

I have been collecting games since the summer sale (my account was basically unused until then). I got some work and had sold my PS3 and a friend pointed me to a game bundle that was Steam and thus began my collecting shortly before the summer sale.

I am disabled an I simply cannot do the work I am commited to do and then still play games as my pain gets worse the more I do. However, this job is open ended (I do coding and web dev) and when it ends I will once again be broke with time to spare.

I plan on playing every game I have but if you look at my account now, I definitely look like a "Hoarder".

I do enjoy the collecting, I won't lie, but I cannot wait to play my games!!!!

Alien Breed 3: Descent - Won on Steamgifts, waiting to beat Alien Breed 2.

King's Bounty: The Legend - Got from Indie Bundle, haven't found time to play it.

The Ship Single Play - I play the normal multi-player game.

X-Blades - Got from Indie Bundle, haven't found time to play it.
