Date are not so important, the discount % are more important. From year to year, it is less and less 75% discount for famous title.
Most of time 50% only.
Last those title after 2-3 year, they will reduce the main price from $60 maybe to $40 or $30. Then when sales come, they discount 50% to 66% and when there is daily special, it can go to 75%. Then there is also a time when they famous with 4 pack for the game so you can buy the pack share with other.
Now all of these gone. 50% is common, max 66%. Some jack up the price first then give 75% discount, before jack up price, they give 66%. In the end the price higher even 75% discount compare to last time 66% discount.

The big sales (summer + winter) has always good sales.
If you own the most, that you want or not interest in much, is a sale less special.
And some other talking bullshit, because they see shady keystore prices.(mostly resells from bundles and mostly more expansive than bundles)
Sure, some games has not always the lowest like 3-4 years ago and some are not on sale or not big. But other has a bigger sale, and that's cool. Like completion bundles are cool as well.
Some devs increase the prices before to get more for the same %%%. That sucks yeah..

Now good offer not always come at big sales (summer +winter)
The highest one most of the time is come at midweek and weekend sales. Especially particular publisher sales.
That one got chance get a high discount. Last time I don't know that, when I see it got 75% discount at publisher weekend sales, I not buy it and I assume at winter sales it will still 75% for that title and that time I also can earn winter card. In the end, at winter sales that title only 50%.

I tend to ignore the smaller sales, but for Winter and Summer sales, I'm always ready! Though who's gonna play all those games, I do not know :D
