Do you perfer Flash or HTML5 or Other?
I use Netflix almost exclusively... so I use Silverlight a lot. :/

I think they changed to html5 a few months ago because now I can use it on linux without downloading extra stuff

I think it depends on platform, the other day I was setting up my aunt's computer, and it needed Silverlight. So maybe they are more flexible depending on platform.

I'm a developer. It's hard to compare things that way. All tecnologies are usefull. Flash is really good for animations, HTML 5 for interfaces and so on...

Probably HTML5/JS. Both are good tools to build interfaces for almost everything.

I am just curious do you guys prefer when watching a video on the Internetz, or playing a game on the web, or using a application. For example I hate Java, Microsoft, and big business so I am going to vote for Shumway.
