Most likely the user already has been suspended and you will have to send the game, but let support decide.

Send in a report / ask for a reroll. Support will tell you whether or not he's already served his suspension and take action from there. You may or may not have to send it depending on this outcome.

It's been a year. He's probably been punished. Ask for reroll. If he wasn't punished, he'll be, and the reroll will be granted. If he has been, the reroll won't be granted, and you deliver the game.

But remove the person's name from your post. It's calling out and you might be punished for that instead.

Send ticket to support and ask for re-roll .
They will either aprove it and suspend him , or will tell you he served his punishment for that and tell u to send him the game .

I do that every time i have someone like that .

1. Delete his name from thread (don't call out rule)
2. Report this user for multiple wins
3. If support ban him, ask for reroll
4. If he was already banned for this, just send him his winning

remove the screenshots and edit the nickname, then... what do you think? He deserves that game? would you give it to a member who don't follow the rules not two but three times?

give him another overture key, maybe he didn't idle it enough with his alts.
