HELP! Mistake in my giveaway, 2 winners in 1 giveaway of 1 copy // Error, 2 ganadores, 1 copia

I want to report a mistake in a drawing that I did a few hours ago, after several hours of errors on the web where you could not access, I have seen my giveaway ended and my draw was 1 copy, picture here:

and the feedback of winning me appear 2 people, which is impossible because as I say is one draw and copy what I would like to give me an answer because the title of my draw is 1 copy, and so can not give the gift because I mistakenly listed two winners, my draw is as follows:

I hope they give me a solution for this error is that the web has two winners in error when there is only one and so I can not deliver the gift because the other me wrong winner claimed the gift when there is only one winner

Quiero reportar un error en un sorteo que hize hace unas horas, despues de varias horas de errores en la web donde no se podia acceder, he visto que mi sorteo finalizo y mi sorteo era de 1 copia, y en el feedback de ganadores me aparecen 2 personas, aqui una imagen:

cosa que es imposible porque como digo es 1 copia lo que sorteo y me gustaria que me dieran una respuesta porque en el titulo de mi sorteo es de 1 copia, y asi no puedo entregar el gift porque erroneamente me aparecen dos ganadores, mi sorteo es el siguiente:

Espero me den una solucion porque esto es error de la web que ha dado dos ganadores por error cuando solo hay uno y asi no puedo entregar el gift porque el otro ganador erroneo me reclamara el gift cuando solo hay un ganador
