I don't group FF and Baldur's gate in the same pile, but I love both. I was so bummed out when PW got the rights to Neverwinter, the old Neverwinter games were so good, and of course those heaps of compost turned it into a P2W pos ):
I think the originals have recently been put up on steam, but I have no idea how good or bad those ports are. They might be terrble, but seeing as they were done by the people who put Icewind on Steam, they could be ok

I liked it but I didn't like that there were no armor for my main hero and that playing the mage was the best way to know whole story so playing as warrior or thief was most of the time pointless :P
