it is a different MST file its a file that Metal Arms Glitch in The System use's

Have you called ghost busters? MST Files can be elusive. I once saw one hide inside a computer tower.

You can't really 'extract' mst files. IT's a transform file which basically tells the MSI how to install a package. It's the equivalent of an 'auto install' part of an MSI.
