It has to be said, the article seems to have very little to do with intergalactic travel, saving humankind or shooting laser beams and other futuristic weapons while crouching behind a succession of conveniently situated waist-high walls. Perhaps we're not being given all the facts?

Presumably autopsy results did not reveal his fallen classmates to be a Geth invasion force?

I don't mean to make light of what is a tragic event, but the article is laughably bad.
