Desura Tank Game Giveaway

Saints Row 3 had a minigame that was sort of like this. Sure I would love to give it a spin. I would really only need 1 copy because no one else I know uses Desura, but I could probably talk a friend in to playing it with me.

Remind me of the classic nes tank game, I'd like to try it. Does it have local coop mode? i.e.Player 1 with keyboard and 2 with xbox controller

I loved this game on Sega mega drive with small flashing CRT television when I was a kid.
Amazing battles on splitscreen with friends on selfmade levels.
