No, whenever I workout I tend to play video games because I get so pumped up so I just have to jump around and do stuffs or else my brain will explode. I was looking for explosive workouts that don't require weights.
I know you guys have this happen to you all the time.

You might want to search about aerobics and cardio but don't take my word for it, i'm just a random guy on the internet that knows pretty much nothing on the subject.

To get endurance, do exercises that need you to endure. Simple as that. Run, swim, cycle. Don't sprint, just run long distances and try to improve your time or increase your distance. Hydrate often and eat well. Chicken, fish, vegetables, cottage cheese and oats.

Just beginning? Start doing pushups, pullups, crunches and squats. Couple that with running. Don't exhaust yourself too much and don't make the reps too high.

Weight-lifting - If you want growth go small reps, but heavier weights. If you want endurance go lighter weights, but more reps.

Really can't just ask for a workout without any information. At least need physique, goals and time.
