What was your first Steam Purchase?

First purchase in my account Portal 2 ($4.99)

I have an odd one...

Test Drive Unlimited 2 for $19.99 in Aug 2011. I didn't buy anything else until the 2011 Winter Sale, then nothing else until June.

On a side note, I bought Batman: Arkham City for full price about a week before the Summer Sale.

I have no idea. All I know is that I've been on steam since Half Life 2 made me do it.

I bought the GOTY version of Half-Life 2 years ago in the store, which was activated on Steam, though I didn't actually buy it through Steam. Then I got the free copy of Portal that was given out for a while. The first thing I actually bought through Steam, though, was the F.E.A.R. pack with the original game plus its two expansion packs for ten dollars.

Indigo Prophecy (Fahrenheit) $3,33 - Summer 2010 (pity that it is unavailable to purchase now).

Does the Portal they were giving away for free for that one week count as a purchase? Because that's the first thing I got on Steam. Otherwise next I believe I got Portal 2 on sale.

My first Steam Purchase was GTA IV Complete Bundle and then I bought Portal 2 - Two Pack for me and a friend to play co-op :)

I was worried no one would make another of these threads. I'm so relieved.

Valve Complete Pack 2011. The only reason I bought it was so I could get in on the holiday event whatever it was called. The one with the coal and such.

As for the first one I BOUGHT, Star Wars: KOTOR, bought during the Summer Sale last year.
