On my side must be Serious Sam 3 & 4 / A Hat In Time and Trail Out, really like arcade racing game (recently finish Crashday / Carmageddon max damage), really like 3D Plateform (recently played Asteriix XXL series, finished Alice Madness) and liked Serious Sam 1 & 2.
Edit : Get Trail Out today from a trade, will played Trail Out this week :)

Interesting thread. I was thinking about this just yesterday. For me, it’s Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition. So far, I’ve entered forty-one giveaways, but I’ll win it one day, hopefully.
Last month I lost my grandpa to cancer. He’d been diagnosed about three years ago, but his illness got way worse over the past six months, to the point that he needed constant care. He and I were very close. He was more of a dad to me than my real father was. He taught me most things I know, always believed in me, always encouraged me to pursue the things I loved. He was the kindest, most generous soul I have ever known in my life. I quit my job to be able to take care of him, and I am so freaking happy I got to spend time with him every day, at home or in the hospital. But man, I’d be lying if I said it still didn’t hurt. Here’s the beauty of Spiritfarer, though. In the game,
you play Stella, who is, in essence, a video game version of Charon the ferryman who carries the dead across the River Styx in Greek mythology.
I’ve had it on my wishlist for a couple years now, since my grandma’s passing a few years ago. I was trying to find things that can help me deal with her death. I’ve started to keep a diary; I write poetry; I try to draw from time to time. I also want to play more games, since they’re one of my biggest—if not the biggest—passions in life, but in all honesty, I rarely get excited for them anymore. I’m sure some of you can relate. Spiritfarer might be the only game, at the moment, that I get excited for because I know not only will I enjoy it, it’s also going to help me mentally to some extent.

I was gonna say that must be the highest number of entries here by far and then I notice someone below you with exactly one more entry.

I usually enter for games in my wishlist and the ones I see the most are hollow knight and blasphemous and it looks like I can't win either xD

Bastion. Since I registered on SG, it's been in bundles and on sale. I have always thought I'd get it here. I think I have everything from Supergiant except their basketball game and this. And I just fail to win.

Can confirm, Loop Hero is quite worth it. Quite fun progression and the art style and music hit the nostalgia spot.
As for the white whale, for me it'd be: Control Ultimate Edition

112 Operator LOL I was going to buy it a few months ago then the regional price kicked in. Someday I'll get you...

aaaand completed! what a hoot! seen a lot of mixed reviews because of the tv-show-like parts but i actually enjoyed them, quite amusing. the little nods to Alan Wake and Control were nice too.
played right away because i wanted a distraction from the rivalry with Sylens in HFW and imagine my surprise when i saw Martin Hatch! both characters were played by Lance Reddick

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Maybe I should give it a go.

For the longest time, mine were Cozy Grove and Stardew Valley, until my sister bought them and now I can just play hers (we share our libraries). Now it's Unpacking, Hokko Life, Grow: Song of the Evertree, My Time at Portia, and Spiritfarer. Too be fair, these are all extremely popular games with a ton of entries, so my hopes are not high in winning one of them. I'm not upset about it, though. I am very particular in what I play, and aim for games that will keep my interest and guarantee I'll play to the end. I have won a few games over the past few years, and entering the giveaways is half the fun. :)

Shotgun King (92), Suzerain (93) and Armello (160). I've also entered Lacuna giveaways 196 times, but I wouldn't consider that one a white whale, just a game that looks fun that pops up often. The others are ones that are on my wishlist.

Ugh, I know your pain with Shotgun King. It eludes me as well lol

I've been here for a short time, so I haven't enter that many, but Citizen Sleeper whenever it comes up I enter it.

Dear Myr,
Our destinies collide once more, I recognized that unique designation of a name.
How has one been for these fine months? I meant no ill intent with my previous memorandums, just so we are uniform. I have missed your elegance greatly, thus why I wanted to hail you once more. I do not wish to be a burden, so I will keep this memo short. You are spectacular and staggering, your values are superb, have I ever acknowledged that? I wish you a very formal and harmonious weekend, you deserve the best.
Until we meet again, Myr.
Faithfully,
Bacon

Dear Sir Bacon, the last few weeks have been characterised by an overwhelming weight that has kept me at my desk many nights. Nevertheless, my father did not raise a slacker and I was able to overcome this challenge. Now the days seem gentle, pleasant and light. As you can judge from my words, I am used to burdens and I am able to recognise them. I do not consider your memos and polite intrusions as such. Rather as a gentle challenge to practise the art of words and cultivated conversation. I may confess that I even quite enjoy it. You deserve thanks for your words and wishes. At the end of the week I will practise the art of archery and expect an accompanying pleasant walk in the forest. How do you spend your weekends?
Best Regards, Sir Myr the 13th.

Greetings Myr, I hope your burdens lighten and your worries disappear. We all face struggles and our obligation is to get through those struggles and support ourselves, especially each other. I am glad you do not find my letters and words intrusive or aggravating, I've been known to be nosy and I try to better myself and rid myself of it. I greatly enjoy and cherish brief communication, it is very good for improvising on the spot. I believe I have quite impressed you with my way of speech, as I know most people fail to sound over the top like this. You have certainly impressed me, you use very extravagant and lively words in your memorandums and they make your words sound angelic and blissful. I carefully spend my free moments listening and harmonizing myself with some music, I find polyrhythmic drum fills absolutely heavenly. Music is a way for me to speak with my inner peace, it keeps a strong bridge between my mind and soul while keeping everything else in balance and equilibrium. I find your kind words highly considerate, I try to express this feeling onto you with my kind words out of respect. Enjoy your weekend Myr, you are the greatest.
Best Wishes,
Bacon.

Just googled this, what the fuck is that price on the markets, looks like a dress up game of sorts if you can even call it game, but uh yeah GL with that

It's one of the old steamgifts meme giveaways, removed from the store so now or is quite impossible to get. Barbie and her sisters puppy rescue is another one. Both given many many times by the wonderful user Student123, who later retired from the site.

Is there a game that has frequent giveaways on SteamGifts that you want but just can never win, no matter how many of them you enter?
Mine was Loop Hero until I finally gave in and paid the $5 to buy it (and it was well worth it)
