Obviously Stardew valley and Dark souls 3. Like damn, according to the community wishlist page, stardew valley had over 1000 giveaways and ds3 had over 800 giveaways. Other than that would rain world.

definitely The Witness. never got it when it was for free on Epic years back and now I'm joining every GA i see for it, with no luck so far. nothing more enticing to me than puzzles in an open, free to roam island. chilling in games indefinitely is something ive transferred from Skyrim to most of the other titles I play, and the relaxation and appreciation for surroundings ive experienced over the years is immeasurable!

im looking at Eastshade in a similar fashion, but that one's never been bundled, and doesn't really go low on sales. it's absolutely gorgeous, like a walk in a real forest. waiting for the day I get my hands on it, eventually.

apart from that, Citizen sleeper has proven elusive, despite GAs for it being fairly common now. the sequel is in development, which is good, and i love me some text based adventures (highly recommend Life and suffering of sir Brante, also common around these parts!), but I digress, as that is perhaps not really a white whale taking it's quite recent.

A Plague Tale: Innocence - probably entered 50 giveaways of this but no luck. Gotta wait for steam sale or to be bundled cheap.

I have entered into numerous Kingdom New Lands giveaways both on here and on other sites (Reddit, steam discussions), and despite that I still got zilch hahaha.

I have been trying to get Demon Turf: Queens Edition (30) for ages. I entered in all the available GAs since I entered in SG but no luck. I even lost several 1:5s.

And that it's never gets bundled doesn't help (someday...) :(

Probably Amerzone oder Crowalt. Both habe been floating around here for ages and I always enter their giveaways but no luck so far.

Mine was Project Warlock. I've entered it many times over the years, and actually won it not once but twice here, but both times it had been incorrectly not flagged as region locked, and I was unable to activate it (I let the creator delete the GA in both instances)! I finally gave in and bought it in the most recent sale.

So I didn't exactly do an extensive search of every game I entered, but I did manage to find enough notable entries to form a "Top 5 White Whales" of sorts:

Doom Eternal was part of a HB bundle at some point and there were tons of giveaways but no luck, Also no luck with the Resident Evil 2 remake, Pillars of Eternity 2 (I think it was in a bundle? maybe?) or Pathfinder.

There are tons I've unwillingly dodged a lot that I can't think of off the top of my head.

Spirit Hunter: Death Mark for me. 140 failed attempts to win so far :)

Fallout 4 GOTY, not that it's been givenaway many times tho.

Shotgun King, Toem and Spiritfarer, all wishlisted so I enter them on any chance that arises! Someday I'll catch them :)
