I have retail versions of CoD 1, UO, and 4 sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I want to get rid of them. Are those games still played? Is there any sort of demand for them? Should I just pitch them?

if you are thinking of giving them away, then anyone will play them. If you are planning on trading them, then this is the wrong website to do that. Go to Steamtrades.com to discuss trading...

Didn't know steamtrades was a thing. Might have to look into that further.

I (somewhat) recently bought COD 1-4. Haven't managed to get my hands on CD UO, yet, but I plan to do so. People still play these games and there is still a market for them. You have only to look at the high demand for them every time they show up as a giveaway to realize that.

Seems like there is still some demand for them. I might look into the steamtrades since I'd rather get something for them but if all else fails look out for them here.

You can't trade physical copies, unless the cd-keys happen to be unused and are redeemable on some online service.
