Is it just me?
I was about to say it has something to do with ads, but it seems it only affects comment links and making comments, and it's affecting Firefox as well.
Maybe some code in SG triggered their malicious-detector-thingy?
Edit: Yeah, got a big red warning when posting this comment. Editing is fine though.

I'm getting that on Firefox, but only on /go/comment/ links

It only happened when I went to see the messages tho, when commenting, going to giveaways and stuffs it works flawlessly... Weird
Edit: it is happening with comments too

I started getting it today every time I post a comment here. I just figured it was a false positive and ignored it.

So it's just when making comments?
Edit: Just seems to be when you make comments, atleast on my end

This happens regularly with other sites I frequent- basically, trolls spam-report a site to Google's anti-phishing filter, causing a site to give that error.
The warning message ought have an "if you think this is in error, you can report that to us" link. (Or you can find it here.)
From what I've seen, Google doesn't do any oversight on those kind of reports, so once trolls get it in their head to target a site, it ends up being a back-and-forth "is so!" "is not!" reporting spree.
Just, ignore that warning if it's on a site you trust. It doesn't actually mean anything other than that Google got user reports about the site in question [and does NOT mean that Google actually investigated the matter], and we all know how reliable people on the internet are. :X
Additionally, even when those reports ARE genuine, they're usually actually about an advertisement/pop-up/etc rather than the core site: Typically people don't know how to/don't care to find out what the actual site causing issues is [though in fairness, sites should be responsible for their own advertisements, so it's not like the blame isn't properly ascribed]. In essence, even when a report of that sort IS based on actual problems, it isn't something you're likely to encounter [especially if you use anti-adware software].

probably a bunch of people report being scammed while using this site.

Google flagged a cat photo on our forum as suspicious. It was attached to a user's comment in April 2015. The offending comment has been removed, so the issue should resolve itself shortly. Crisis averted.

That's hilarious actually. Thanks for the update. :D

It still happens to me with every Permalink I click, including the one below your post. This is with Chrome 51.0.2704.103 if it makes any difference...
Edit: It also happens when I click "Submit Comment", but (Edit #2) not when I edit and click "Save Changes".

This website has malicious software.
The hackers who are at www.Steamgifts.com can try to install malicious software in your computer, which steals and deletes information. (for exemple, photos, passwords, bla bla)
