Seeing this more closely, I just realized why thieves for instance that got level ups are super hard to die now. (if you check global stats indeed, they rarely die)
This seems so OOOPP :
per agility point -> -5% to your enemy's hit chance (should probably be -2-3% for balance)
Defence is useless compared to this.
Since it's probably cumulative, you just stack points there to become almost invincible after a level or two. :O
I do hope this has a decent "cap" for the enemies.
You only need healing potions to survive status effects afterwards. xD

There is one thing: each enemy has it's own stats (including agility, accuracy) too. The Game is a little bit more complex than it might seem at first :p
Your high Agility will not help much against enemies with high Accuracy as they will hit often anyway and thus Defence and Magic defence would be more important. All skills are important, up to you to decide how to develop your hero.

Nice. When this game is finished I'd really like to know the formulae of these abilities by the way. How much % the hp/ep steal is. Keep in mind that characters are almost always with most of their HP in order to survive, but rarely with much EP left since it is spent all the time on moving/checking/combat.

Of course. However you should really consider re-comparing the formulae (if you already haven't).
Besides, it's not exactly the same stealing from a pool of 70++ HP points (average of most players at most points in the game or even more when talking about barbarian HP), and from a pool of 0-10 energy points (the average of most players at most points in the game) is it? I'd change my EP steal with a HP steal any day without regrets. It's an ability which really does too little to be effective. You can easily steal 0 or 1 EP which is simply nothing.
Personally I'd remove it completely as an ability from the game, since energy is sucked anyway from all players one way or the other. Think about it.

Damn people poisoning me, I come back and I'm poisoned and lost some hp, back to 2 hp. I think i'll just die and not use the antidote...

It's a classic bug in these kind of games. Status effects re-apply if you close the game and rejoin. I've seen it in too many games to be honest. :P

Question that came up in my mind. Any way to cure disorientation? I only ask because I'm pretty sure that 11 moves equals the death warrant. xD You only need to run into one, any kind of monster. :P All my resistance points will probably go into that one.

Man, I feel as awful as hell. Or rather that's an understatement. It's worse. After being hit by a barbarian for 20hp, I had to run away more than 11 times (yes that's correct...) to get away from a ghoul. It's almost like a 5-10%, the escape chances are completely broken. :( Needless to say I had to spent my two recently acquired big hp potions (and the only ones I had) to live through this. I probably should just die instead of trying to get away. Would be better, would have saved the potions. Can't believe it. Character is almost dead now anyway so it was only a lose-lose runaway. :(
EDIT: Yup dead on next step. Could not run away (again) from a fairy this time. This frog pool will be the death of me. The damned things can't be caught either. xD

Well I don't know about you but the RNG for now hasn't helped at all in rolls. 2 deaths/3 kills is awful. Did you find any armor items or stat bonus items early on to survive? Haven't seen anything yet. Though I've only survived for 25 checks or so.
Btw how OP is stealing? haha. I had 90+ coins. Now I have 9. :O Not that it matters much but wtf.

I'm not really sure how you met so many trouble like that, I see all my items/artifacts nothing is special. And I stick with magic from the beginning, never changed. Scrolls are helpful too, I see that's is the strength of being a Mage.

What scrolls? To deal dmg, really? :O Found none too. Well I don't know I just keep missing in combat till dead. I also played with cracked staff for quite a while but it was missing most of the time too and too low dmg. Then I changed strategy and ran away from many of the fights since no hp potions, but running wouldn't really work either, so it was worse. Everything feels too luck-based tbh. In last game of swords this was not the case.

Yes I'm aware of your progress you are doing well. :) And I'm aware of your points mentioned and of course I don't miss stuff. I did finish game of swords last time after all. Just found none of the things mentioned. The problem is when you are stuck at lvl 1 with the cracked staff with a mage and all your spawns are powerful ghouls/screetch birds/or mage resistant enemies etc. you can't really do anything about it. Can't kill them/can't run away from them either. Encounters are too randomized for lvl 1. That's my point. And since drops are too, you can easily get stuck at lvl 1 for ages if a bit unlucky. Those that did a good start, are also high in the leaderboards indeed. A good start is almost everything as it seems. A bad start however, also gets you stuck badly on lvl 1. I'm still at 24/100xp. Can't do much about it unless something lucky happens. I love challenge, but I'll be honest I never had so much trouble with the first level up in an rpg crawler game in my life. This is harder for me than any roguelike. :P
EDIT: Just after resurrecting and getting some energy, 1 step, scratchy bird. Tried a bit to hit it with ranged weapon, only missed, tried to get away, failed, failed, died. Completely OP. Endless death loop.

Haha, doesn't matter it's the thought that counts that I appreciate. :) And imagine that just for the "fun of it" 100 gold I was carrying was also completely stolen. ^^ Of course it matters not since I have bigger issues than gold. But seriously some things feel too unbalanced at the moment.

I may try a few times more but since this will be a long week of deaths probably, I may quit at some point, I don't know. I honestly wish there was a reset button. To start right from the beginning. Throw the character away. I wonder is it even possible or with good chances to get a better mage weapon than the initial cracked staff, from weak enemies? Probably not. Initial weapons in any case, should all be doing the same dmg for all classes if you ask me, if the classes were even remotely fair in comparison for the start. On the other hand maybe it's just my luck. I don't see many others having similar issues.

I think the main issue is the initial stats on lvl1 and those powerful monster spawns. You can't survive unless you find better weapon/chance to hit asap. Cracked staff dos not cut it. At least when you try to hit an enemy with the correct weapon type, a bonus to chance to hit should be a given. Dmg does not necessarily help if you can't even land a hit to initial spawns. I'm pretty sure that after a lvl or two everything will be normal.

As far as I know, nothing can help you against disoriented except level up and increase your resist points ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Edit: almost forgot, some artifatcts help you increase resist points too.

Yeah got poisoned on my second check and already dead only couple of steps from the start... but had a phoenix from my 3rd check, then i stumbled upon a rat and missed 7/10 attacks... you sure made the game a lot more fun... not. Survived the rat with 1 hp... poison and bleed effects and no HP pots (used both fighting stupid rat, guess it was a dragon mentioned earlier, just in disguise).
According to other posts you really overpowered monsters so i guess there is no way surviving an encounter unless you somehow lvl-up and gain gear.

Introduction
Game of sWords is a text RPG Adventure where you can explore dungeons (or other locations), complete quests, solve puzzles, find useful items, avoid deadly traps and fight dangerous monsters while searching for treasures (private SteamGifts giveaways links) on your way and trying to reach the end to get access to a huge amount of private giveaways! Each Game (of sWords) usually has a unique scenario and a limited number of winners, so the chances will always be great.
All giveaways have no restrictions, so anyone who finds them can join them!

Important notes about the Game
In the Game, you will have Energy Points and Health Points.
Most of the actions in the Game require Energy Points. Energy can be replenished using items, which you can find everywhere, thus it is important that you check everything around you!
Energy will also be replenished over time. Normally, you will receive 1 Energy Point every 15 minutes, and that time can be reduced with special artifacts that can be found in Game.
Note, that the Energy won't be replenishing during the battles (you can only restore it with potions)!
If you lose all your Health Points, you will also lose all the energy you had plus you will have to wait for up to 6 hours to be resurrected. (Basic Resurrection happens every 6 hours from the time the Game started - 16:00 GMT). The energy can not be replenished while you are dead!
Note: If you have problems navigating through the map, you can switch to Simplified Navigation at the bottom right corner.

What's new in the current Game of sWords?
Current Game is a true RPG adventure with 3 classes, experience system and levels, multiple skills, wide variety of enemies with random encounters and huge amount of weapons, artifacts and items. There is 10 times more of everything than in the previous Game! The map is now twice as big as the one in The Secret Castle (previous Game), so you have to be ready for a long and dangerous journey! Make smart decisions, develop your character your way and lead him to success!
Current Winners limits: Barbarians:19, Mages:17, Thieves:24.
Winners get access to all giveaways available in the Game! (80+)
Everyone who finishes the Game after the limit is reached gets 1 random treasure as a consolation prize!
All giveaways end on the 1st of March!
