Bah, I really thought I had "I have no mouth". Got two busy screens, and one checkout screen that was erred. Upon reloading, it had expired.

A guide to get GOG freebe:

1. Click "Buy now" the second the previous offer reaches 0.
2. As the next offer comes up see the price change to "free" and the little windows browser loady thing turning.
3. Press nose to screen yelling "YES YES YESYESYEEE..."
