i was expecting it to be a coupon for a random game from the top 10 of my wishlist. got a hat instead. a hat for an alien that i won't even really be able to use after this sale, it'll just sit on my profile i guess.

Well, it gave me some cosmetic items for the game I plan on playing anyhow, so I can't complain. The Spring Cleaning Event cost me nothing to do, and neither does this. ^_^

I think I'll keep that box unopened. Maybe in 10 years it's going to be a collector's item worth 9999$ (or maybe it's just going to disappear after the sale and I'll lose all those amazing 3-cent items it contains).

Salien stands for Sad Alien I'm sure. Even the alien was disappointed even though nothing was expected.
And did anyone also notice how Steam sneakily increased the number of cards needed for badges by making the beginning badge level changes only at 1,2,4,6,8 with higher max and not 1,2,3,4,5 etc.
