Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.

You won some games that have been removed from Steam and SGTools hasn't updated their list yet.

Same issues here, don't know which game is it..all activated here.

SGTools recognizes the following games as not activated:
Drop Hunt - Adventure Puzzle (2022-09-05 11:50:00)
ConflictCraft (2020-09-21 04:46:00)
Royal Heroes (2020-08-07 23:12:00)

check out if you actually got them in your library. and also if you per chance have set them to private

generally i would suggest that whenever there is a notification that something was removed from your library to make a screenshot of this notification. then check if it was a game you won here on SG and if it is indeed a win, then write a ticket to change feedback (you might need the screenshot as prove) and maybe even inform the whole community about the revoked keys... i believe there is a thread dedicated for that.
