A new title in the Broken Sword series has just been announced, as well as Kickstarter has been launched! They're making it 2D (finally!), brought the original cast back. This promises to be great. Are you excited? I know I am. :)

Mostly cause of Tell Tale. Although generally adventure gaming is kinda boring. Pick up 5 random items and try to see where they go. No thanks. TWD though, I'd play since it's much less of that.

I hate kickstarter for their shitty payment system. Still it's great there is a promising title in making.

I always played with English voices, can't even imagine playing it in any other language. There were so many jokes based on various English accents in the series, and George himself is an American. Go original with Spanish subs. :)

I'd like it if they just pretend the 3D games never happened.

I'd like them to pretend Director's Cut versions never happened, but oh, well. ^^'

So tired of these kickstarters. You think if it needs to be funded by charity that it might not be worth it? I'm still waiting for the massive fallout from what uoya whatever it's called scam to come to light.

Well, in Broken Sword case they just go independent from the publisher for the first time, that's why they try to gather some extra money. They've made four Broken Sword games without any Kickstarters being backed by THQ and Virgin, so technically Revolution could go with the publisher again, but they just want full creative freedom so they can make the game they always wanted to make. I think it's justified in this case.

We'll see about Ouya.... It's my $149 guess of the year. Or 3 new games, that's worth it :-)
