The community is by far a good one, i have been playing for almost 4 years now, and I had no problems. But now, if you want to mess the economy with the people who play...
Also, it still makes me feel like the first day I played it. Sure, there are a lot of fuckers going around with pink hats and stuff, but the sense of humor and gameplay all around you makes it worth it.

I didn't stop playing because it would be boring, I've never said that. The gameplay is still quite good (even as Valve nerfs something now and then, adds some more useless items, etc.). I stopped playing, because I wasted so much time playing it... and it seemed like nothing has changed - I wasn't getting any better in that game, I got bored out of collecting items, there wasn't anything more to do... so later I decided that it would be better to play and finish other games. I usually get that feeling from most multiplayer games, especially MMOs.
