i know i made a thread about what graphics card i should get but i got no answer and i am a noob when it comes to computer specs

i might get intel core i7 and probably around 8gb-16gb of ram but the rest im not sure (graphics card,sound cards etc)

more than enough. I got mine about 1.5-2 years ago for the same money and it still runs pretty much any game at highest settings.

It depends on what you want, how good the games should run, etc. When you just want to play games smoothly at high settings you don't need so much money. And you could also tell us if you need something more than just the PC, like mouse + keyboard, monitor, OS, etc.

that´s enough to play all the games maxed out.

When you only want a pc for gaming, i rather you to go for a i5 3750k.

I'm no specialist but afaik for gaming there is no need for more than 8 GB RAM. You put more RAM in your PC if you wanna do designing or crazy shit with it.
