Steam Is Asking Me To Purchase COD Ghosts again

So i baught a call of duty ghosts cd key online.İ Played it for a couple of days(13 hours) but know i can't because it asks me to puchase it again.

Did this happen to anyone else?

And does anyone know how to fix this issue?
