I need advices on where to buy Fallout 4

First I want to thanks the whole site for existing and then for it's active givers ( I'm planning on becoming one myself :) !

My question is, do you think I have to wait for greater deals on fallout 4 or should I jump on a copy for 32 €
Btw I'm living in Eu west( paying high tier prices). Can I also use a VPN to get a Russian ip to make it cheaper ?

Also a copy for 32 is pretty damn good, if you want to wait its for you to decide, but waiting = cheaper.

Bought it myself for 36€ at kinguin one week after sale. I live in germany, so it was 36% cheaper than regular price.

Yes, but you'll need that VPN active on your internet connection every time you want to start the game. It also breaks Steam ToS, so they can ban your account at any given time if they want, if they ever see it.

As a general tip, if you change your IP to another region in order to buy a cheaper game, it won't work unless you validate that you actually live there with Steam by attaching a credit card from that region onto your account.

If you buy a Russian (or any other country with a weak currency) copy of a game anywhere, keep in mind that you will have to use a VPN to play the game every single time you want to play since it will be region locked.
