Why is everybody hating Black Ops 2?

They should take example of Valve, release a random game at a random time, never the one you really wanted at first

I don't hate it, i actually do not care about COD because i have BF 3 + Premium, which is much better.

I do hate black ops 2, they pretty much tried too hard ro make it cool and wound up makin a shit game. Multiplay is too similar to battlefield 3, and the maps suck ass, its a 12 year old kids dream, to be able to camp at EVERY single corner of the game. Maps are poorly designed, and the campaign so far has been pretty bad. I do like COD, story aside the multiplay is good as long as you got friends who are playin it, by yourself isnt not much fun. Im severely dissapointed that multiplay is so terrible and broken. I wont play it anymore its just a terrible buy unless your 12 years old whos balls havent dropped.

People or should I say mostly kids who buy those games are always hyped for the first 2-3 weeks of the game's release, then they get bored suddenly - but yet they still continue to buy this.

I dont hate it. I just believe that releasing a new CoD, MoH and Battlefield game every year is a waste of talent, time and funds. Those games are exploited to death, I no longer find them entertaining or consider them worthwhile.

I'm playing through the BO2 campaign right now, it blows. I mean it really blows.

Wait.. sorry, let me elaborate. The missions that take place in the future are fun, the missions that take place in the past suck. I'm not really sure why, they just all really suck.

Yeah the campaign is really good, as usual, it has it's moments. But it doesnt justifie the price of the game, so I won't buy it that's for sure.

Black Ops 2 is a really good game and those people who complain about it are just... just... some battlefield crazy fans that don't know anything, just to say cod sucks. Maybe there are some people that really have a good point or an opinion why they don't like this series, but must of all are just saying: "it's the same game". And for those pleople, if you would mind to try this f**ing game before saying it sucks you would see that Treyarch finally realesed a good cod( black ops 1 was pretty good too). I admit that mw3 was sht because was a copy of mw2, but you guys shouldn't be so scumbags with bo2 just because that.

People are hating on Angry 12 year old simulator 2, I thought that was illegal to do.

I hate CoD because it got unbalanced random gameplay, and the people who play it abuse all the of the unbalanced stuff.
Also I hate it because its pretty much the same game since 2007 with minor changes and they charge without any shame 60 bucks every year.
Oh I also forgot how they made the new market price for new games 60 bucks for the PC because of "console tax" back in the day when MW2 just came out, and everybody else copied them and began charging 60 bucks for games for the PC, before that bullshit new games used to cost 50 bucks MAX.
Also not to mention the goddamn 2 maps for freaking 15 bucks "DLC"s, when in CoD4 new maps were free, same with Battlefield 2 where some expansions/dlcs were free and the others who changed the game in a big way cost about 10 bucks I think.

Because its a Call of Duty game. I personally think Treyarc has lifted the game series from shit with their own games. Infinity ward has been sinking after cod4. Prejudice, it sucks.

A lot of it is just flavor of the month, you know. It just came out and people like to complain about stuff. But other than that, its just been basically the same thing released each year; i'll give treyarch the benefit of the doubt that they change stuff alot more than IW but even then they still kinda all blend together. But like I said, most people just like to beat a dead horse.

The reason is because COD got Boring after modern warfare because every COD game is exactly the same , I do not deny that Ive had a few hours of fun playing some of them but its not like Battlefield which is timeless and requires strategy also the amount of kids playing COD ruin the fun cos you kill them once and then they spamming "HACKER he killed me so he must be a hacker" .... Kids these days ....

The game itself is pretty damn good, the best after CoD 4 honestly. The PC Version is also fairly well made. It's a game for casual players, you can't really talk about skill in this game as this is not supposed to be CS or something like that. Sure you can say there's a new CoD every year, but so there is a new BF every year, and so are Indie games, though under a different name and different suit, but the type of indie games are often the same. And who the hell forces you to buy CoD every year? It only comes with a few new gadgets and new skins every year, so this might be sad but the game itself is still good.

I only started playing MW3 and didnt even play mw3 so maybe im just biased, i thought thme mw3 campaign was good, and the multiplay is way the hell better than bo2. bo2 reminds me way too much of bf3. My opinion is bo2 is terrible, gfx are the same as mw3, and multiplay is horrid. And by camping the maps i mean that at every single corner of the game there is a barrel or a crate or something to stand behind so only a part of their body is exposed, mainly the head and the gun. Theres no skill involved. theres no open battlefields, just jumping from cover to cover. Should add maps with less cover amd maybe a little bigger, they are really tiny maps. And yes, haters gonna hate. Im just dissapointed it wasnt what it was hyped to be.
