If there's one thing I really like, it's learning fun random facts that I'll probably forget about in a few days.

I want some more cool people on my whitelist. So to get whitelisted, all you have to do is share a fun fact! Doesn't matter if it's a random fun fact about an animal or some weird science fact, or even if it's not so fun!

For example, recently, I found out you can't hum if you hold your nose closed.

I'm also having a whitelist-only giveaway here. (Level 0 and unfortunately regional restricted. Steam keys should have 0 restrictions on them >:()

ENDED!

Edit: Whew! I was trying to reply to all the comments but there's so many! I don't wanna endlessly bump my own thread with all my comments. Thanks for wanting to be a part of my whitelist, guys. Altho I (probably) won't respond to your comment, I'm still whitelisting, I promise!

King Louis XV, of France, was apparently the first to use a stapler. Each staple was made of solid gold and encrusted with gems.

Many people are not aware of the fact that intersex people exist. It is generally assumed that people with XX chromsomes are female and have a V, and XY are male and have a P, but it is a lot more complicated than that. For example, you can have XY chromosome and have a V due to your body being unable to process testosterone. Or you can even have both! There are also people that have different combinations of the 'sex' chromosomes, such as XXY. And some people go through life without ever even finding out.

(I censored some words cause I'm not sure if it's allowed to say them here 😅)

the stairs are built clockwise in a tower because many soldiers defending a tower will go down to and have swords in right hand while the attacker will have in right hand (coming up) but it would hit the wall. so the defenders get an upper hand

The first speeding fine was issued in 1896 to Walter Arnold.
He was caught tearing through Paddock Wood in Kent, UK at an outrageous 8 miles per hour.
The limit at the time was 2 miles per hour and required a man with a red flag preceding the vehicle.
But Walter was driving at 4 times the speed limit without anyone running in front to warn other people of the approaching vehicle.
For this, Walter was fined one Shilling (~5 pence in today's currency).

I can fold my tongue to create a shape of a clover. Most people can't do that, but still, many can. This is the most difficult type of tongue-twisting, where the person folds his tongue into multiple bends forming a clover-leaf shape. Some people with this ability can create three bends, while there are others who can even create four bends.

Dude, are you necroing every single Whitelist thread? Some of them are more than one year old, and at least in one case the person specifically said it was over. You may get more blacklist instead

Did you know that honey never spoils? Archaeologists have discovered pots of honey in ancient Egyptian tombs that are over 3,000 years old and still perfectly edible. Honey's long shelf life is due to its low water content and acidic pH, which create an inhospitable environment for bacteria and other microorganisms.

The colour of a salmon's flesh, whether wild or farmed, is determined by its diet. Ranging from orange to ivory-pink, flesh coloration is a result of the levels of organic pigments, known as carotenoids, present in what the fish has eaten.

Just copying my previous comment, fact about sperm whales:
Sperm whales use sound as sonar and it's so loud, they can even kill with it. Freedivers researching them have stated that they are feeling heated up after a while and it is believed that they use their sonar to hunt giant squids.

Those divers didn't die because sperm whales are intelligent enough to reduce their noise in order not to kill people accidentally.
