Hey, Niz. A lot of folks in IT see Groove Music as bloatware and just remove it. You can find it in your Start menu, right click, and then click Uninstall. I think it also gets taken out by the WIndows 10 Decrapifier script, so maybe have a look at that, too.
If you want to keep this app, then maybe it lets you customize its keyboard shortcuts. I couldn't find anything listed for the 2 key, so it's possible you have a stuck key on your keyboard (e.g. Ctrl, Alt, Shift, WinKey).

I'm sorry, I can't really help you.
I doubt it's the case here, but after the first read of your post, I thought if this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYYPH4ZUFNo

If you do not use it, the story may be easy.
Windows key >> input PowerShell >> Powershell Right Click > Administrator boot
PowerShell boot
Get-AppxPackage zunemusic | Remove-AppxPackage
input enter
This can be expelled from the personal computer.
However, I do not recommend it because it might be inconvenient.
If possible, it is better to check that there should be a shortcut app that associates some application or URL link.

If you don't use it, just uninstall it: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-groove-winpc/how-to-remove-groove-music-in-windows-10/1351f017-bc4a-4177-a0cf-537dfd7a1a5d?auth=1
Was your PC an already setup system that you bought that way? If so, again, you can just uninstall it.
Assuming you are using Groove Music as it is installed on your system I'd try to change the hotkey to something else - though I'm confused how "2" could become a hotkey. Sure it's not Shift+2 or STRG+2? Either way, in standard setup "2" is not the hotkey to start anything.
Here's how to remove custom keyboard shortcuts: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/how-do-i-remove-or-clear-custom-keyboard-shortcuts/52c34893-bc0c-4f80-b42a-67898969bb8c
And in case you have a fancy keyboard that comes with software installed on your system to setup lighting/makros/hotkey - open that software, find the hotkey settings and delete that hotkey.

Well it's just the default music player I don't see why it would do that, it doesn't for me, my only guess is the keyboard you have has those other shortcuts they tend to have like pausing music skipping etc and 2 in that keyboard has something that opens groove, of course normally you'd have to be pressing a another key at the same time as 2 but hm idk, it's my only guess

While I never played CS GO, in many other FPS games you can use the mouse wheel to scroll through equipped weapons. Have you tried that?

I set the jump to the right mouse al the time and use the middle for both alt fire and weapons switch.
