Hi, i found this interesting discussion in IGN Boards.

To me it gaves the Xbox One a clear advantage.

Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere: Xbox One will enable new forms of access for families. Up to ten members of your family can log in and play from your shared games library on any Xbox One. Just like today, a family member can play your copy of Forza Motorsport at a friend’s house. Only now, they will see not just Forza, but all of your shared games. You can always play your games, and any one of your family members can be playing from your shared library at a given time.

For one, a family member doesn’t have to be a “blood relative,” he said, eliminating the extremely unlikely possibility that the Xbox One would include a built-in blood testing kit. For another, they don’t have to live in the primary owner’s house—I could name a friend that lives 3,000 miles away as one of my “family members” Mehdi said.

Trade-in and resell your disc-based games: Today, some gamers choose to sell their old disc-based games back for cash and credit. We designed Xbox One so game publishers can enable you to trade in your games at participating retailers. Microsoft does not charge a platform fee to retailers, publishers, or consumers for enabling transfer of these games.

So, you could buy GTA V and your friend Bioshock Infinite, but with this method, both of you can play both games at the same time.

You could buy Halo 5 and one of your friends can play online with you without buying the game.

Only one of your 10 friends can play a game of your library at a time, not the ten with the same game at the same time.

It seems really cool to me, and can save me a lot of money.

Wow... a little to late Xbox.
PS$ boned you on the whole no drm , backwards compatibility thing.. and wow don't so many "features" on the XB-1 make it so much easier for Microsoft and the NSA to watch you in the dark.

I got excited for this feature when I first heard about it, but I live in Australia where most people get mediocre Internet speeds.. Sure it'd be nice to play my games at someone else's house, but downloading an entire game would take a bloody age. If that's how it works anyway, I dunno if they're utilising some sort of game streaming service or if you have to download games from the cloud or what.. The 10 family members not in the same household thing is huge, you could easily add your ten best friends and pool your games, amass a huge collection for a fraction of the price. If you really wanted to play a game your friend hogged a lot, just buy another copy and play with the disc. I'm surprised that's been implemented, actually.. considering the One is being accused of trying to scam everyone out of their hard earned $$$ through the use of licensing schemes, allowing 10 people to play a game that one person has paid for seems...well, too good to be true.

It'll be good id they clarify the cloud thing, i think the game must be dowloaded. If not that would be more than awesome.

If not then expect 30 minute loading screens. You can't "stream load" games, not unless you're on a Gigabit internet connection.
