I know SWERY has many passionate fans, but I don't know how succesful his games are (in terms of profits) so this could be a risky investment for those planning to throw some hundreds of dollars on Fig. The artstyle looks interesting, reminds me of Professor Layton (same artist maybe?).

Apart from the setting, the basic game-play sounds 'Animal Crossing'-like (but more wacky).

I understood the 'happiest town in England' was Northampton. And rather than turning into cats at night the people have an affinity for 'dogs' or at least dog related activities. There was a notorious incident last year where an amateur photographer paid off a massive debt with the assistance of a mobile home and a lot of of kitchen roll - but I believe she was from Newcastle rather than New York and you could get a hell of a lot more than a computer game with $29. A lot of people seem to pretend not to remember why they were so happy...
