It's a notepad so I don't forget about games I find interesting and may want to buy, but not now.
I often buy/get a ton of other games first and because of this I still have games from 2011 on it, I may buy them at some point in the future, but it's more likely I do not, because I realize I don't really need them.
Every now and then, I kick some of the list.
When I think about it, for me it's a good method to save money.
