I would doubt it, but generally Linux steam game releases are directed towards debian based systems.

You only get VAC banned if VAC detects any third-party modification to a game designed to give one player an advantage over another, or if your game's core executable files and dynamic link libraries have been modified.

So unless Fedora does any of the above, you'll be fine.
