This reminded me of an old story where a guy tried to pay an outstanding bill with a drawing of a spider. It is a little long but hilarious. (and the drawing is not too scary)

Watchu talkin bout Willis? Spiders are awesome. I don't even mind when the babies drop down from the ceiling tile onto my head when I'm sitting at my computer, I just wear a hat and snag the string of silk when they drop down off the brim and deposit them on the bookshelf next to my computer desk. Consequently, with all the Spiders in my basement I almost never see any Insect pests.

The Praying Mantis is usually in the same boat as Spiders, people are all "eww it's creepy and gross" without even considering the benefits of having them around.

I am wondering how many we have eaten while sleeping :)

Did you freak out in Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons and Limbo? Video game spiders don't seem to bother me, but the ones in real life and in movies do.

I love spiders! They eat annoying insects. Spiders are just like (sometimes) little, fuzzy balls of eight-legged, occasionally poisonous death!

I used to have one living with me about 12 years ago...even when I moved house he followed me...how do I know it was the same one? Well, because he would park in exactly the same spot on the wall above me overnight, while I slept, and be there when I woke up...I miss him :'(
