Wow, I have almost 700, and even that feels overwhelming to me.
Do you organize the games and if so, how?

The only thing I do is list the games i want to play next under favorites. I don't organize my games. Attempted it once a few years back. Realized how much work it would be. Gave up immediately. ^^
I also don't hide games. I don't see the point. I know which games I want to play. The additional games in the list don't bother me.
