If I buy a game that has a discount (but doesn't has any '*'), later this game can be considered a Bundle Item?

Cuz' I had 3 bad experience on the past, I bought 3 games that later receive an * and I lost all the values, so I'm afraid to buy an game today, and later lose all my points.

Sorry but the system is unfair, and make people think twice about creating new giveaways.

It is unfair, but it's logical. You shouldn't wait months to use your gifts here, they will get bundled.

The unfair part is actually not knowing if something in some region is more than 95% off... Also gifts loose value over time as the games get cheaper. I think the value should be calculated based on what a game costs when the giveaway is started not the current price.

It still won't show you if for example a game is dicounted in Russia only. It only shows the available prices for your own region...

A highly discounted item (I think 90% off) will get to the bundle list. Is it really unfair? Or is it unfair that you're trying to get a 30 CV for 3 dollars? :P

As far as I know, if you created the giveaway before the day it was bundled, you don't lose anything.

Only games that have a 95% or more discount are added to the bundle list. Just a note though, a game might be say 90% off on the US steam site, but might be 95%+ on the Russian (or some other country) steam site and as far as I know, that will get it added to the bundle list. Could a support person correct me if I am wrong on that part?

The only time games get "bundled" later on is if they get a discount of 95% or more or if they actually are in a bundle. Sometimes it takes a few days for the game to be placed on the list so your CV is adjusted accordingly when it's done. (The bundle list count from the day the games was in a bundle or a price exploit.)

If you give a discounted game now, and it's not part of any ongoing bundle, then you should be Ok and keep your CV from it.

But on the other hand if the game is bundled why then when I enter the giveaway I need to "pay" the full points value?

I think it's frustating to gift Saints Row 3 at it's launch and loose all your CV because it's on a bundle.

Except that doesn't happen at all.

Except that doesn't happen. CV is not counted as bundled if your giveaway has ended before the game was bundled.
