I would recommend you.... running :). While at the beginning it's hard and exhausting, finally it puts everyone in a better mood, as it releases the body's feel-good chemicals called endorphins :)

I'm bored out of my mind recently. Everything is super boring and I don't want to do anything. I can't stop sighing and I'm sure it's annoying my housemates. I wonder if my depression is relapsing...
