Nop, you can only add wagons at the very beginning. This is done to protect the end user and close some opens that could be potentially used by malicious users to try to give a strike on the system manipulating wagons.

This is sort of an odd case. According to support :
"There was a mistake with this giveaway and the developper sent keys for the wrong game.
Normally the winners should have marked this giveaway as "Not Received", but it's been decided not to suspend for this particular giveaway as long as the winner owns the game that was actually sent. They own it so you may send the game to the winner."
Given that this is a developer-induced problem I propose this game get a false positive so affected winners aren't auto-rejected by the SGTools game non-activation filter. However I can also understand the case for not doing so. Your call, knsys.

I was wondering what's the status on making the SG Tools ban system optional for GA creators like the other criteria?
Sorry if you have already explained your position on this but I remember it being discussed.
Leaking GAs is obviously a shitty thing to do but shouldn't it be up to the GA creator who they want to allow entering their GAs ?

With the new infraction system, infractors have a lot of opportunities and time to understand that entering random private giveaways is not a good idea. I'm not sure if the option is needed after the change from permaban to infraction system.
If still there is a good amount of giveaway creators that want this option, I'll add it to the todo list

Knsys, if I had a train of 20 cars and I want to protect them all is this correct that I paste all of the 20 invite only urls in one go together in the create giveaway of SGTools and then the first of those urls will be the main gate and all others will also be protected?

Knsys, I see that the train checker lists my 170 cars alphabetically by the 5 digits giveaway code.
Is it feasible to list them alphabetically by game title as checking many individual cars it would be easier and faster if by game title from A down to Z. :-)

My problem is that while ago i won metro 2033 2 times (dont worry i have already served all punishment measures)
But the issue is that i would like to make the creator of that giveaway to reroll it (https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/2XmpF/metro-2033). I contacted him but he ignores me and doesnt reply and even recently blocked me(i havent offended him in any way before). The second giveaway creator is permanently banned so there is no point contactig him. So i cant access any sgtools giveaway because of it. And the question is - How to resolve the situation and get access to sgtools giveaways?

The only way to solve it is to contact GA creator.
But it's GA creator good will to reroll old GA. If creator decided that they don't want to communicate with you in any way (probably they thought you're some random user that add people randomly to ask for something, as they don't have to see connection between your recent messages and 3 year old GA) you won't be able to do anything with it.

Concerning Polarity - The gifter should have made a region restricted giveaway. As you did not receive a region free game, you should mark "not received". Make screenshots of the region restricted gift, showing the region restriction, in case there is any dispute by the GA creator.

I asked SG support these few days,and they explaine that Company of Heroes Complete Pack have old & new two version.
The original version of Company of Heroes on Steam had 3 items - the game + 2 expansion packs.When the game changed publisher from THQ to Sega and went Steamworks (in April 2013), they revamped its structure and turned the expansions into DLC for the base game and renamed it to "New Steam Version".New Steam Version become a form of a base game + 3 DLCs,not the same as old version.
So it's the same content but in different form.

I won INFRA Deluxe Edition ,which include the INFRA - Original Soundtrack ,I've actived all of them but sgtools still shows the OST unactived.

Your INFRA soundtrack is listed as "not able to be verified" because it is within a private, group, or regional giveaway of more than 3 copies and your name is not among the first three listed as received. The results page clearly states this and there is no cause for worry. It is not the same as unactivated.
Your other DLC wins are listed in their own section and also should not cause concern.
Neither of these categories are checked for by SGTools protected giveaways and neither is justification for Steam Gifts suspension in and of themselves.

Well, you have filter for VAC bans which is completely different from steamgifts, why not trades? The numbers itself are on the user profile page, so parsing it should not be very hard. I have a hard feeling when a winner of my giveaway have level 0~1, and 200+ successful trades. It looks like a greed to me. And filtering people with many negative feedbacks looks like a good idea also - I don't like bad traders even more than cheaters.

I know some people who got VAC via family sharing... So sometimes a person punished can be not the one, who cheated. In this situation this rule also block "good" users. It's up to giveaway creator, what is considered acceptable.

There seems to be a calculation error for CV. SG has mine at 6.90 and SGTools at 6.8455
I can see at least one potential problem. https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/J4LnJ/transplan ended after bundle date but started before bundle date and SGTools lists as bundled.

I was about to post about the same problem. SGTools says my level is 5.78, but on SG it's 6.20. In my case, my Sakura Spirit and Outland giveaways are counted as bundled, even though both ended before their stated added date in the bundle list. There's possibly more, but that's two that I noticed.

Hey knsys, I got a train running currently whose entrance giveaway is protected by sgtools. Somehow the train checker tool is not working for me. I'm not able to enter a URL from the train and the drop down menu provided doesn't show any giveaways. What to do?

I guess you are trying to use the train checker the old way. It was changed so that you need to enter all the giveaways in the train when creating that SGTools link and you won't be able to add more afterwards. At least that's how I understood it, I haven't done any trains since the change.

There are different types of ratio, there is sent/won ratio and there is Real CV ratio, using the real CV values you are showing as having 0.448440.... so just under 0.45

I am unable to enter some SG Tools protected GAs. I get flagged for inactivated gifts which is not true. I have always activated all wins the moment I get gift or key. SG support can easily verify this. More often than not some DLCs that come in a single pack and cannot be added separately create the false flag issue. I am pretty tired of this error. Hey knsys, any chance you can help with my train? I created one without noticing that the way to check trains now works different. I did not notice it has to be done differently, there were only some very small llight grey letters, I would think it would be better if you had added a big red warning sign that trains now have to be checked differently?

Heya, I'd like to report a game that counts as "non activated" even when it is. Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage. When you claim it, it shows under the game name "Viscera Cleanup Detail" and not by the actual name "Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage". It actually shows at the bottom of the store page.
Also note that Santa's Rampage comes included with the main game download of Viscera Cleanup Detail

Looking at the store page of Viscera Cleanup Detail it says this: "Santa's Rampage comes included in the main game download AND as a standalone copy you can use to connect with others who only own Santa's Rampage."
So Santa's Rampage is included in the main game and you also get a copy of the standalone version of Santa's Rampage if you buy it. The giveaway you won was for the standalone version and you got the main game instead, which looks like the giveaway creator chose the wrong game when creating it.

There doesn't seem to be any benefit in creating the giveaway as Santa's Rampage instead of the main game, since the main game would give him more CV. Both are bundled so it would be just slightly more, but still. Both can be created as giveaways here, so it's not about trying to make a giveaway for something other than what they actually have. So it really does seem like it would be best for everyone to have the giveaway changed to the correct game.
