So I bought the borderlands 2 season pass and I never got it? It just said ' There was a problem confirming your order. Any payments you made have been refunded. If you have any questions then please contact Green Man Gaming Support'. I never got my product code, not even a conformation mail. What can I do? It still took money from me. Never got a refund. I've made many purchases from this website and this is the first time this has happened. I did buy borderlands 2 the game itself and the key was sent instantly. What can I do?
