Recommend me a game like Incubation:Time is running out, please

Back when it came out, I really had a lot of fun with Incubation: Time is running out. I really liked the mixture of turn-based strategy mixed with, well, basically puzzle gameplay elements.

Has anybody here played Incubation and knows of a recent game that's similar in gameplay (and maybe setting)?

Haven't played Incubation yet, but if you want turn-based tactical combat there are always the X-COMs, Jagged Alliance2, SSI's General games, Fallout Tactics, Silent Storm etc. Not really many puzzle elements there though...
