Ground up into a burger. Steak is wasted on me. I don't particularly dislike it, but it takes a damn good cut of meat for me to think it tastes better than a pretty standard burger.

It depends what sort of steak, though I like a nice thick cut porter hours slightly darkened on the outside and medium rare on the inside. With a chuck or lesser cut I enjoy it thinner a bit more towards medium well and sauced.
