I have problem with my giveaway, a few days ago I had request new winner for this giftaway, because the winner is "levyeliadam" hadn't check received it, and mod Rinarin agreed. This GA was reroll and new winner is "DimoNNet". But ever since I checked this Gift Link and it reported it have been redeemed, so I contact Steamgift again to notify maybe "levyeliadam" have redeemed it, and moderator can delete this gift forever for me, please. I had contact to "DimoNNet" to notify this problem, but he hadn't reply me yet, and my GA has been resolved gift not received on my page. Sorry about this annoying. Hope mod can resolve it for me. Please tell me how can I delete this gift safely. I thank you very much !

Some people just might to be giant ****heads and they won't check the gift as received even if you sent it. So, you should try to find any and all proof that you can find and screenshot it, and send it to support. I think that's how it should work. I've never used to support thought, but I've just heard stuff.

If you check you'll see that the new winner has been here for over 2 years and this is the first giveaway he marked as not received after winning more than 20. It's likely that he knows what he is doing.

Consider this: First winner received the humble link by email and did not respond in purpose. After the reroll was issued he let his friend redeem the link(or to an alt,or traded it,or anything else). So we have a first winner we can't blame because he can claim that he never redeemed it,which is true,because it is not in his account; And a second winner that received a humble link that by the time he checked,was already redeemed.

I'm not saying that is what happened,I'm just saying that you shouldn't jump to conclusions. We have no idea about what actually happened,and we may be missing info that is only known to OP/support.

This is what I made out from this:
OP made a giveaway for Sid Meiers Ace Patrol. The winner of the giveaway failed to respond or claim the gift. OP requested to reroll for a new winner and it was approved. OP sent the gift to the new winner,but he marked it as not received.

If this is correct: You need to create a support ticket and give them proof that you sent the game to the new winner. For example, if you sent it to him via email take a screenshot of that email and send a ticket to support.
